Anyone with CFS/ME?

Hi all,

I was diagnosed with CFS/ME earlier this year and am now trying to get my head around losing weight while eating healthily and building in activity but all within the confines of my condition. Does anyone else out there have CFS/ME who can offer advice or support? I'm happy to offer the same in return!
