Skin tightening info

I think anyone who loses weight is concerned about this. I really wasn't too concerned since my heighest weight was 205 and I am 5'5 but after reading tummy tuck threads on here I started getting paranoid because I've had 2 babies also.

Anyhow I started researching and there are things you can NOW while losing to help including moisturize (these areas where the skin could be- under arms etc) are areas that you don't think to moisturize hence the damaged, unelastic skin. And obviously the most important- strength training the entire time, not just once you have lost the weight. And Prep H- who would have thought :blushing:
