Late night healthy snacks??

I have been struggling with a bit of binge type eating later at night. I have a late night job and come home hungry and need to eat before I can sleep. I usually have either a salad with a protein like cottage cheese or organic yogurt or sometimes a whey protein mix with an apple. My problem is that I crave things with sugar and want more than this afterward and end up snacking on more things that I don't want to be! I am not sure if I truely am still needing more food or it's just craving... Does anyone have any good ideas for a snack that will satisfy my body and yet keep the craving away and this is for before bedtime AND NOT PILE ON THE CALORIES. :)
