Nut butters....

I've been seeing a lot of people talk about nut butters, and have seen a lot of recipes that look great, but they call for any type of nut butter... Have a couple questions on nut butters- one do you use them? and which ones do you like? :) and two- where do you find them? Not sure I've ever seen them anywhere.... Thanks!
