The day after.....

So, I just want to put it out there....
that I LOVE feeling the burn the day after-- when I do a focus on a group of muscles.
It's one of the best feelings ever, because I know what I'm doing is working.
Today, I'm walking around with two sore butt cheeks, and it's GREAT.
I was going to post this on my facebook, but decided that most of my fb friends would think I'm some sort of whack-o.... well I'm sure they already do, but why add more fuel to the fire?

Yay for sore butt cheeks! LOL I update my fitness status here rather than facebook. Some people might think I'm bragging, or something. Don't really need that kind of drama on there. Here, however, I don't care! I'm sore all over! woohoo! :laugh:0
