well technically i started my 100 day challenge ten days ago and so far 8lbs dropped! so should i start with my original weight or the weight i lost?0

Ugh i know it gets frusterating girl but keep pushing... Lots of people advise it is WAY more important to take measurements b/c the scale won't always reflect the hard work and people get discouraged. I need to get a tape measure stat0
