Does anybody know a good way increase mono/polyunsaturated fat levels? I am having a very difficult time meeting the RDA.

I would increase your nut intake. These include macadamia nuts, almonds, pecans, cashews, hazelnuts, and peanuts.0

You don't need the RDA recommended amounts of PUFAS (polyunsaturated fats).
It is best to stick with Mono and Saturated fats. PUFAS are linked to inflammation in the body. Most PUFAS are not natural occurring fats and are highly processed.0 -
Full fat dairy will help. Nuts, too, but they also have saturated fats.0
