Kettlenetics - anybody doing this? question

I have the Kettlenetics (4 DVD set) with the 4 lb weight (instructor Michelle Khai)
Im wondering if anyone else has/does this workout.
I love it! Up until today I have used the target toning dvd (strength training) and the flowmotion basics to learn how to do the moves - and have used it as a supplement to other workout sinc eI wasnt go at full pace and still learning. (I am terrible at aerobic or anything that there are "moves" to, I cant even do the basic grapvine without getting messed up )
Anyway -- I did the 52 minute target toning dvd today. Had to stop a few times, modified a few moves and sweated a lot - yay!
I am trying to figure out about how many calories I may have burned today - what would you suggest?
I have a HRM that is getting repaired at the moment so when I get it back I will be able to do a more accurate count - but for now?
