So yesterday I posted about how I was nervous to take the group fitness classes and you guys were so encouraging that I did it!!

IT WAS GREAT!!!! It was combination of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga and i LOVED it!!!

I'm so sore today though! I can't believe how hard some of those moves are!

  • VERY PROUD and jealous of you!!! I wish that our tiny 3 room, small town gym offered a class like that. We only have aerobics and step. HH:flowerforyou:

  • Awesome job, those classes can be great because they push people further than they normally would do on their own! Way to go!

    That is awesome! I need to take some group classes more often. There is a hip hop one in my gym. I took it once! Great workout though!
