I was thinking about going to go see a nutritionist, but im not sure if its even worth it. I would have to pay for every visit out of pocket case my insurance doesnt see it as a medical need. Has anyone seen one and found it benificial?

I didn't find it overly helpful. I found it was basic information you could find online for free. It's portion size, nutritional information, calorie counting and exercising everything you already know. I found it a bit restrictive also. However if you check in with them every week you might find that helpful. This is only my experience and opinion so maybe if you just did a consultation you might be able to figure out if it's worth the cost. Hope this was helpful.0
