Exercises for your booty!

Alas, the more weight I lose, I tend to lose it in the caboose as well. :( I'm afraid of entering into flat-butt land! Can anyone share what exercises they like that help the booty? I don't mind if it's shaping, toning, enhancing, etc... share! Even share the exercises that help lose the caboose for those who check this thread and are hoping for those kind of exercises (it would help to clarify when you post!)
