Workout Suggestions for Post-Operation

I've been working out consistently for about 6 weeks doing Pure Barre, yoga, and walking/running. I had to have hand surgery today on my left hand (luckily, I'm right-handed) and need to not use my hand for about two weeks until the stiches come out. Aside from walking and running, are there any suggestions for workouts that would burn a decent amount of calories that don't require the use of one hand?
