I have 30ds but i recently got an ab roller with a workout dvd. Should I do both one after the other? Or should I do 30ds in the morning, then the ab roller in the afternoon?? Or one one day and the other the next day?

30DS will get you farther, that ab roller won't do much until you do enough cardio to start dropping the lbs....0

oh im sorry..still fairly new at this
my cw is 198 and i would like to get down to at least 130. i know it wont happen fast so my first goal would be 160. I need to not only lose the weight but definetly tone too. I had a c section and im afraid the belly wont ever go away!0 -
