Hello-
I recently started working night shift and need some help with logging food in regards to timing. Do you use midnight as a start of a new day? What meals are what when you are eating and sleeping at non-traditional times? Thanks in advance!

One of my MFP friends renamed his meals into time slots and added extra time slots. I haven't done it yet but i like the idea because it would let me see when I'm snacking instead of lumping all my snacks into one entry.
You just have to decide what you want your 24 hour period to be. As long as your consistant it doesn't matter. I can see where that would be really tough if you work different shifts.0 -
I work 1 week of nights and then a week off what I usually do is start my day from when I wake up till when I go to bed. So usually my breakfast and sometimes lunch are empty I put my main meal before going to work under supper and then what I eat at work into snacks, I either pre log what I have brought to work to eat or just manually move the day back. Find this easier because I'm not always on night shift0
