This is my second day back on track, too. It can be overwhelming to get yourself back into a routine when other things seem to be amiss. I'll be your partner in making sure we both get to week two...then month two...etc... if you want! Sometimes being able to control just one thing in my life (diet and exercise) makes me feel better when everything else seems to be spiraling out of control. Try a reflective walk in an area that you like. A park with ducks, perhaps? Chin up!0
