IBS symptoms

Sorry, gross topic really, but tonight has not been good...
In the past I have a history of getting really bad anxiety stomach cramps and diarrhea, I kinda wrote it all off as anxiety. However tonight it's flared up again and whilst I have some anxiety causing things going on tomorrow/Friday it's never been this bad for so few things (I mean, I was getting anxious about massive life changes and nothing on a similar scale is happened soon).
Could it be the large amount of vegetables I've been eating recently? I've been trying to steer away from carbs and fatty foods as much as possible, going for a salad or veggy filled wrap instead of my usual. This is a massive increase in the amount of veg really.

That happens to me too. Whenever I eat a lot of veggies I get those symptoms, I have to ween myself on to veggies. I just never ate them really before I started getting healthy0

It may be the extra veggies. Personally, if I've been eating kinda crappy for a while (fast food, processed food, etc.) then I go back to my regular diet of lots of veggies and fruits, I have the same thing happen. I think your body starts getting used to whatever you're eating for a while and when it gets switched to something different (good or bad) it gets thrown out of whack. Plus, the veggies are giving you lots of extra fiber. Definitely not an expert, just something I've noticed in my own experience.
Edit: it always gets better after my body adjusts again. It doesn't last very long, and if it does, it may be something else.0 -

I find with my the stress does bring on my IBS symptoms. I cant eat eggs, fried foods, sometimes spicy foods, baked beans, fast food and sometimes oatmeal I find the strawberry and cream flavor. When I get the symptoms I find a cup of hot tea tends to calm them down and help.0
