Which gym equipment is best for preventing saggy bingo wings when you've lost a lot of weight? Future thinking but best to be prepared

Weights, work those triceps. Also, tricep pushups, dips, etc.0

Cardio is how you get rid of what I call "Bat Wings", then when you have lost the fat that's there you will want to build the muscle under the skin - so any arm weight workout. I'd do a cardio machine w/ arms like an eliptical and then work in some arm weights (especially that work the tricepts - like pullups, push ups and dips).0
