Hi all,
Im still trying to get my head around what is considered good nutrition, and searching for topics with helpful info has ended with me going cross eyed! If you know of great topics that could help someone like me who hasnt got a clue, please feel free to post them!
Im working towards losing a lot of weight, but i also want to learn how to keep it off, and fuel my body as opposed to binge eating because im not eating the right kinds of foods!

I'll pimp out some of my favorites. They pretty much talk about how for someone who has a bit more to lose, the insignificant is, well, insignificant. Focus on the important parts first and tweak as you go.
