Stubborn Fat

I have lost a total of 95 LBS (50 LBS recorded on Myfitnespal and 45 previous to myfitnesspal) I work out 3-5 times a week for 1 hour a session. I incorporate lifting along with cardio into my workout routine. I am still struggling with stubborn fat around my love handles. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it? I know I need to work on my nutrition but I dont know where to start with that.

    Clean up your food and do cardio. Stick to clean foods, not processed. Are you eating really clean?
  • No that is my issue I need to learn what clean foods are etc. :/
