I love I want that Body and the Butt Bible. Both have made my booty fuller and rounder but niether of them have really lifted my butt. What exercise should I do to lift my butt higher off my thighs? Also what can I do to make the sides of my cheeks rounder?

not to be a total a hole but your butt looks pretty good in that picture... doesnt look like it needs much "lifting"0

Squats with heavy weights. I have a butt where no butt existed before. My mom said it was magic.....I politely told her it was hard f*ing work.0

Thanks! I will try that. I do lots of squats but I haven't done them with weights.0

Definitely head over to the squat rack in your gym and start using the plates and bar. It will make all the difference. Look up "Mark Rippetoe Squats" on youtube for some great videos on form. He also has a book called "Starting Strength" that can show you form and technique.

Try doing squats with dumbells. Feet together, lower the weight to the sides of your body as far as they will go, then using your glutes stand up. To get bigger glutes, you have to go alittle heavier and drop repetitions per set. To lean down, you want to go higher reps with less weight.
Another great thing for glutes is a donkey kick. You can do this many different ways, but the way, IMO, that targets the glutes is by putting on ankle weights and getting on your hands and knees on a yoga mat. Then simply raise your leg, rotating through your glute, in a kicking motion outward and up. When doing these though you have to maintain good form.
Hope that helped0
