Ladies with PCOS-cal intake?

Hi! I recently got diagnosed with PCOS and am on a lower carb/complex carb only diet (or combining with fats, etc). The first week, I dropped 4 pounds of what likely was water weight, and now I haven't gone anywhere (albeit I've been eating a little more carbs than I was then..but I could NOT sustain that without going crazy). What I'm wondering is how many calories you all eat a day and if you have been successful in loss? (I'm 5'4" about 127--I know this is a 'healthy' weight, but it's not where my body naturally was settled pre-PCOS and I just want to fit into my clothes again!) I lost a lot about a year ago, and PCOS made me put it back on and has made it impossible for me to lose. Also put on metformin, low dose for right now but will be higher soon. I don't want to eat too low and kill my metabolism (which I feel like my dieting from before did that), but I can't stand to keep gaining on eating 1,400 cals or less (on my old style diet, anyways).

EDIT: also, I work out about 6x a week. I bike 30 mins for my commute, and then either run or elliptical for 35 to 40 mins or take a zumba class for an hour, with strength training 3x a week.
