feta cheese? yr fav? cow, goat, buffalo or sheep?

want to try out some new feta cheese so what is yr fav? and can someone describe the difference?

If you come across marinated Persian fetta try it. It's beautiful! Fattening but beautiful . It's a creamy fetta marinated in oil with herbs and peppercorns. It's a cows milk one. Not sure of the brand sorry.
