Post Chemo and not loosing much at all HELP

Hi All,

Last year i beat non hodgkins lymphoma again for the 3rd time with R-CHOP. This was my chemo drug cocktail. I did 6 cycles of this plus 3 weeks of daily radiation. I am now on a 1500 calorie a day (based on BMR) and work out approx 45mins - 1hr daily, mainly treadmill walking at 5km/hr and on an incline plus some bike rides and hand weights and im not seeing much progress. I am determined to get this 20kgs off me for good and to build up my strength, fitness and immunity. I am 5ft 8" (168cms) and need suggestions.

Is there anyone else out there who have gone through chemo and finding it difficult. Im reducing carb intake and increasing vegies. My diary is open so if anyone has any suggestions at all i would be greatly appreciative.
