Just wondering... I had some Twizzlers because they are fat free or low in fat but then they have quite a few calories... I understand you should have a healthy balance, but what is more important to stay away from when dieting???

It has been my experiience that while you still want to find that balance, as long as you burnign calories with your exercise, where the calories come from are somewhat less important. If you are dieting only and not exercising, then it would be more important. Calories, no matter where they come from, are fuel for your body. Keep in mind that this is not necessarily rooted in science.0
