I do,I walk in like I am on a mission,i make sure i feel the burn the pain.
I use to go in the gym and just do my thing and come home, kind of a routine, results were not showing.
I now make sure when i walk in,its for a purpose..no pain no gain.

I am exactly the same. If I don't feel like I got my *kitten* beaten with a hammer, it wasn't a good enough lift session. My numbers aren't that great yet, but my body has two options: harden the **** up, or get broken, repair, and come back again.0

Never enter the gym without a plan. Make sure the goals are realistic and god damn burst your *kitten* to get there. When you are in the gym no excuses you only have yourself to beat0
