Weight Loss Goal Attained

Has anyone actually met their weight loss goals right through to the end? If so, I would love to hear how much you lost, how long it took and what you did. Did you follow MFP exactly or did you vary a bit? I just need a little motivation to show that goals can be met and have been by other people. Thanks everyone!

Well I have reached goal 1 which was 20 pounds and am working on goal 2 which is another 20 pounds of which I have lost 3 lbs. I set smaller goals so that I can reach them, I followed MFP very close except on the weekends, on which I don't count my calories or my workout time. I know kind of what my intake is supposed to be and do more portion control on the weekends. But get right back at it on Monday thru Friday.

My goal was ten, I lost 15, and I followed the program pretty closely, I've been on maintenance since December.0

Yep, my goal was 195 originally. I have reached it. I am now at maintanence for weight, but I am still trying to firm up the belly.0

Although I'm not there yet I started out this year with a goal of losing 56lbs and have lost 33 so far and I believe a good plan in place to drop the other 22. When I get there I will reassess that position to see if I think I can get back to my best weight by losing another 15.
Although I lost this initial amount between 1 Jan and this morning, 6 Mar, I believe I can get down to my lowest desired weight but it will take me to 1 Jan 09 to get there.

I lost 17 pounds and followed this pretty much to the tee. Been maintaining since Jan.0
