Hello MyFitnessPal! My name is Alexis,
I have been on phentermine, b6 & a complex of b12 shots. Im not one of those "i waited til i started my diet pills to lose weight" i started dieting & working out about a week before i started my doctor referred & nutritionist managed weight loss program. I do not eat fast food, sodas, candy, chips, etc. No beef, pork, or only fried once a week if you have to have it. I work out for an about an hour & 45 min 5-6 times a week. An hour on the elliptical or treadmill burning between 600-900 cal. & then strength, abs, & legs machines for 30-45 min. Please do not wait for ANYONE to motivate you! Get out & get up & GET RIGHT! Im always available by email anytime & everyday. I really want to show and help the ones who think they cant. DivaSlimsDown inspired me to change my life as far as health goes & prayer & sacrifice has kept me on the right path.
