My first big NSV

So I work graveyard in a casino and a server with whom I'm friendly but don't see often anymore (she works swing shift now) just hugged me and said hey. Then she immediately asked me if I'd lost weight. She's the first person to ask me that. She didn't know I was trying to. It made me feel great and really ramped up my motavation so I needed to share it with someone!

Thats really great. it really does boost you so much when you can see results for your hard work.

I've been hitting the weights alot and dropping fat. This morning I can feel some pretty big biceps hiding in there waiting to break out!
