5 day inferno... Results

Today is my last day of the 5 day inferno (tightening up plan apart of Turbo Fire) I completed 8 weeks prior to deciding to do the 5 day. I have my brothers wedding this week and wanted to make sure I was in as tip top shape as I could be - all factors given. I dont think 1 day is going to make all that difference in a photo and I will not be able to take a photo tomorrow.

Here are my results. While they arent drastic, there were some improvements. I lost .4 of a lb. and 2 inches total.
Before Measurments:

After Measurments:

R thigh-19.75

And here is a photo. While it isnt drastic there is some tightening in the stomach muscle area, and thighs. I bet I would have had better results had I given up my morning coffee.

The program is a 5 day workout regimine of intensity, and a 5 day "meal plan". I followed the meal plan the best I could but there are things in there i dont generally eat (like tortilla etc), so I would subsitute for other healthier things like lettuce leaves etc..
