1yr in bored - headed to CrossFit 30day Challenge

I started this new lifestyle over a year ago. Lost 60 lbs, mentally know that eating healthy and moving your feet is essential for a healthy long life (God willing). I am not just plain BORED and unmotivated. I am happy with my new size but it needs to be firmed and toned a lot. I am tired of working out 6 days a week.

I am still running and doing that well (I average 15-20 miles per week). I take a core class 2x a week and a Body Pump class. I am BORED with the gym and my routine. Time for a change.... I am really interested in joining a group of women for weight lifting. so in November, along with a co-worker, I am going to take the 30 day challenge at a local Cross Fit box.

I know some hate cross fit, but those that do it and stick to LOVE it. I am looking at it as a different kind of work out. Pushing my limits and body. .
