Hey there guys n gals,
Im just curious, what websites or formulas you guys use out there. What would you use as the best and most accurate way to figure out your body fat percentage form home? Not including a scale that gives you any other information besides your current weight or calipers? Thanks!

I just got a set of calipers and a tape measure yesterday ($10 plus shipping on Amazon, btw for the same set they sell for $20 at GNC). So I use the single pinch method (stomach), and I measure waist and neck and plug them into a US Army App that gives you your % and average the 2 out. I have a scale too, but it is off by about 5%. You can use the scale. Just be consistent on when you use it (morning for example) and establish a baseline measurement. Then use it to measure % lost or gained and not actual current %.0

I use a tape measure and the military body fat calculator combined with an electrical impedance device (I have read the manual to know how/when to use it).
They are within 0.2% of each other every single time.0
