soo tired!

I have just recently started working out again after a break during the summer, here is the problem... I have been soooo tired, not sure if it is what i am eating, or my work outs but it has been so bad that i feel like i have been doing nothing but sleeping or wanting to sleep. I go the gym 3-4 days a week. normally do 30 minutes on the treadmill(not running but do normally have about a 7-9 incline, then I either go and do the weight machines, or we take a kickboxing or bosu combo class normally about 45 minutes long. I don't know what to do i am literally about to fall asleep at my desk right now. :( any suggestions would be great!!!

    you may have low iron or vitamin D. I went through a period where I was constantly fatigued and couldn't even watch a movie without falling asleep (even though I was running 3x a week). I had a physical and I was extremely low in Vitamin D. A friend had a similar problem and it was her thyroid, so she now takes meds.

    I will definately have to get that checked out, because i can not deal with this exhuastion.. It's rediculous when all i want is to go home and lay on the couch and then i just fall asleep... thank you for your suggestion.
