Me and my wife have started a new journey together. Ive been big my whole life,but its finally to the point of too much. I have to beautiful kids,and i am missing out on all the activities we can do together. I am looking for a life change. I am looking to set a good example for my children. I am the best at "it can wait". I am on the forum today to find friends with a similar struggle. I need support people lol. Any help,suggestions,ideas are welcome.
