Hey there! i am new to the site and found it from a friend who is currently on it. I am 22 and at my highest weight of 147 and would like to not only lose about 10 pounds but want to do it to be healthy again - physically and nutritionally. It's been hard to keep at my recommended calories, but I'm sure with time I will be able to figure it out. I'm looking forward to starting this journey and would love to have some friends to encourage and give advice along the way!
