Hi, I am not brand new to MFP but I have never really used it. I am 22 years old and I am constantly on the go. I am at 154 5'2" right now and really want to get down to 125 and be healthy. I recently had lab work done and my cholesterol was high. I want to make a change not only for myself but me and my husband plan to have a baby in a couple years and I want to be as healthy as possible. Don't get me wrong I love veg and fruits and I don't eat pork or red meat a lot but bc I am always on the go I eat fast food a lot, which is not good. I also use to be very active and I am no longer. Today is a new day and a new beg I started working out last night and will continue to work out at home as well as go to the gym on my off days. I also went a got very healthy foods last night.
What I would like advice on is what are your favorite meals or things to eat.? I need ideas on what I can fix so I don't get burned out.
