I've been working with a trainer for about 3 months. It's his job to kick my *kitten* every time. Since I really feel wrung out after each visit, it's hard to gauge my progress. When I first started he would test me and my strengths.... he had me try doing a sit up with a weighted ball. I couldn't do it. This week he said hey let's just SEE if you can do this yet. I was nervous, I really didn't think I would be able too. Holy crap I can do 10..... even when I can't see progress knowing that I am getting stronger every day keeps me going.

    Congratulations!

I know the feeling. When I started working out a month ago I couldn't do one sit up. Last Thursday my trainer had me do sit ups with a weighted ball. I was so keyed up from the workout that I didn't even think about not being able to do a sit up in the past until I was on my 5th one.

I was so happy that I wanted to keep going. I was smiling so big, that I know everyone in my training group must have thougth I was insane.
