Some assistance with food weight/calories please?

So, instead of a traditional breakfast today, I had 2 potato samosas from Whole Foods, but I don't see them listed. Not the potato ones I had anyways! I see the ones from the box, which I assume are too high calorie, and vegetable ones, but I'm not sure if they're the same. The total net weight was 5oz. The ones listed as 150 grams each, so does that mean they are bigger than the ones I had? I ask because when I type in 5oz to grams on Google I see 5 oz = about 141.7grams and now I'm lost. lol. Is this correct or no? I was thinking of adding one of these 150 gram ones and maybe an extra 100 calories to make sure I cover any calories over.

The packaging they came in should have the nutritional information. That's the place to check.0

5 oz and 150 grams are close enough to be the same. When in doubt, I always pick the option with the highest calories. Besides the MFP database (which has a lot of incorrect entries btw) I use google to find other calorie counters. Likely someone somewhere has figured out how many calories/macros are in the samosas from Whole Foods. I do a lot of double-checking the MFP database because there are so many mistakes. For instance there is one entry that has 8 ounces of prime rib steak at 188 calories... yeah, I don't think so. Unfortunately, some people make mistakes when they enter foods in the database.0
