Green Smoothies Using Avacado

I typically make a green smoothie for my morning meal each morning. I am learning great things about the health benefits of avacadoes (i.e. cancer fighting compounds, reduces cholesterol, anti-inflamatory nutrients, etc.)

I am interested in using avacados in one of my morning smoothies. Can anyone share a good recipe for a green smoothie that uses an avacado as one of the ingredients?

Thanks in advance,

I just made up my own today and loved it!
Here's what I made...it's pretty easy to improvise:
    1 avocado
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 banana
    2 cups baby spinach
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 cups water (more or less, depending on how thick you want it)
Blend all in a blender until smooth.
    Makes 2 servings.

Trying this one in the morning - thank you! Sounds delish! :0)
