I had a WW digital scale and the calibrations have really gotten off (like I gain three pounds in 5 minutes). Looking for a new scale. Digital verses dial types scales What is better? What scale do you use and why?

I have a scale that measures % body fat and water. I generally use it nightly, but there are fluctuations!! It once gave me such a huge variance, I nearly threw it out. I replaced the batteries. It's better, but I still get on it 3 times in a row. If the weights are all within a pound of each other, I'll log in the highest. If they're off, I ignore it for the day.
I'm glad I got this scale from a rewards program, "free", but I can't say I'd recommend it.0
