Scale isn't budging - but that's OK, because I'm lifting, lean weighs more than fat, I get it.
So, I get out the tape measure. My waist in AN INCH BIGGER. !!!!!
But my pants are falling off. Totally too big.
This makes no sense. And I can't find a belt . . .

it's like that sometimes,...been on here 55 days only down 7lbs,..but lost over 12 incHes!!,down a pant & panty size,..and feel great,...keep it up!!..it is a NSV!!!0
