Eating and Working Out

I recently started working out. Today is actually my second day. I have been getting up in the morning and doing it and then eating breakfast. Does anyone know the best way to do this? Should I eat before or after working out? Anything specific?

I found it best if you either ate two hours before your workout or something very light just before like yogurt or half a banana. But you need protein and carbs right after to help your muscles be able to rebuild. I suggest a protein shake.0

I usually work out in the morning as well and when I do I eat something small before working out and then I eat my full breakfast after I finish my workout. It's best to eat a little something before working out so that you give your body some fuel.0

I run in the mornings and have a hard time eating anything beforehand. It seems to upset my stomach.
So i'd just go with whatever you're comfortable with.0 -
Eat a healthy breakfast before you workout so that you have the energy to do your workout.0
