Its so frustrating! And when I exercise I eat the calories
I burned off right back...I feel like im getting nowhere with
this whole weight loss thing!

I found it helpful to only try to tackle one eating goal per week and then build on those. So for example maybe one week I committed to preparing one meal a day at home. Then the next week I kept that up and tried to get more veggies in. Etc., etc.
It can be overwhelming to try to change everything at once. Sometimes taking it in smaller steps really helps in building healthier habits.0 -
Either you want to make a change or you don't.
Change what foods you buy to begin with is a good start0 -
It isn't completely about "eating healthy", although that does help. It is about eating less than we burn. If you are doing that, and getting some exercise, you will lose weight. It appears on your ticker you only have a few pounds to lose, if so, it will take time(usually .5lbs a week at best) to lose that little weight. Patience is always the key.0
