    I have noticed that MFP makes my cube brighter :) And there is a lovely beach scene on my desktop background. Perhaps I should minimize everything and gaze at it a while?

    Were you interval run/walk or fast run/slow run?
    Today was a 5k 24 min with plenty left over :drinker: , but the interval work has been 3 min jog at 10 min mile, then 1 min fast, 1 min slow for the rest of the way...sound awesome?

    Can I say it helps take the boredom out of the treadmill? And would you know I think a trail run would be more fitting for our run together?
