    How heavy are the hand weights you're using?

    You can do them without any weights at all and work up to holding the weights, but if you're already doing them with weights, there's no need to go backwards, right?

    Maybe I'm just using 10s right now? Maybe I was sweating like a hooker in church after 25 of them?
