Hmmm.... communication is the issue, do you know I have almost fired them twice this year for that reason?0

Equally as hard to communicate to a longterm sous chef who believes their issues are their own, and not the problem of the whole kitchen? Even if it brings down the restaurant?0

I think the "scheduling" thing kind of takes away from it too, but at this point I'd take it. Am I right?
Can I agree that scheduling it takes some of the fun out of it when you can tell it is being treated like a chore, but when both people prioritize making time for waffles and approach it more like looking forward to a new episode of a favorite show or something, it can lead to satisfaction and more spontaneous waffles in the future?0 -
