How many ounces in a boneless skinless chicken breast FILLET

Those are usually 6-8 ounces each. I used to think they were 4oz, but they are usually double that. Wasn't a problem for weight loss, as it's almost pure protein, but it was good to find out because I could lower the protein supplementation I was doing.
