Just went to Luby's for lunch today - picked up some healthy looking green beans and baked fish. I thought I was indulging in a roll with a bit of butter... and some of their yummy mac and cheese.... but turns out I was indulging in the Baked Almondine!! One website claims that it's a whopping 960 calories! Holy crap!!!

I guess I should have known... with a name like "almondine," it can't be low-cal. :( Oh well. Now I know...

Any ideas for a 100 calorie dinner?? I was hoping to stay somewhere near my calorie goal today.

100 calorie dinner? How about Lettuce? I had a Lean Cuisine Beef Tips Portabello - it has only 160 cals. Also a fat free yogurt is less than 100 calories, but not very filling.

Progresso or Campbell's Select Light soups? those are usually under 100 for 1 serving, around 150 for the whole can...

Oh yeah!! Soup, of course... :) I wish I had one of those Lean Cuisine dinners... I'll have to find that one. 160 calories - can't beat that.

    Thanks guys!
