Hi, my name is Jason, I am in the Air Force and am not really in bad shape but I feel that cutting 20lbs to 185 will significantly help me in passing the course for Pararescue, which is the Air Force Special Forces. I started this program 1 week ago and have lost somewhere around 3lbs maybe a little more now. For my cardio training which is the biggest part of what I am training on, my goal is to run 6 miles at a 8:30 pace 3-4 times per week. I have a lot of drive and determination so I think I will make it! I am pretty excited to see what happens!
