So you may have seen my Post about "Losing the Booty" where i expressed my sadness of losing my butt since i've been exercising....:sad:
Many of you saaid to SQUAT... sqaut like theres no tomrrow....

So can you tell me what type of squats? how many reps? and what dumbel weights i can add? They are all HOME exercises, not gym...

Thanks for helping me get back that booty....lol :wink:
