I hurt my shin...

Got some shin splints the other day, and I decided to rest for a few days, but I'm getting really antsy.

What are some exercises I can do at home while my leg is healing up? I can't go to the gym or to a pool or anything, I have two little ones at home. I'm still doing what i can for arms and abs, but I kind of wanted to get some cardio in...it feels good to get my heart pumping!

Is there any at home remedies that you know of for my shin? Thanks for helping me out guys! :flowerforyou:
